Extremely fair, personable and professional. I I never really want to have to have work done, but I really look forward to when they come to my house. The best Heating and HVAC company I have seen in over 25 years. Job is done right and fairly. Beyond a shadow of doubt they care about doing a good job and what is right! On at least four occasions they have saved me a lot of money. Other companies poorly installed my HVAC and heating systems and quoted me for thousands of dollars of work or didn't fix the issues. Ryan's, each time traveled a long distance and thoroughly evaluated and tested my system finding the issues and repaired them. Over the last four years they have saved me at least 12,000 dollars. The most recent rescue they made was when a subcontractor used for a remodel argued with me regarding a new system that would go through rapid shifts in temperature of about 10 degrees up and down for days at a time. Costing us 100s of dollars in electric bills. I called Tim at Ryan's on a Tuesday and they came on Wednesday. Brandon evaluated the whole system and found the thermostat was faulty, wires had not been secured properly and several code violations on the install that the contractor and inspectors missed. My system for the past week is maintaining a constant temperature, working like a charm.. He also balanced the system making the temperatures consistent throughout the house.
